The minimum storage term is one month, and a week’s notice is required to vacate.

How Much Does Commercial Storage Cost?

We offer simple, transparent pricing:

20ft x 8ft unit: £150 per month (inc. VAT)

10ft x 8ft unit: £115 per month (inc. VAT)

This provides a highly cost-effective alternative to traditional warehouse or commercial space, with no long-term contracts.

What Are the Payment Terms for Business Customers?

Payments are made monthly in advance, with a refundable one-month deposit. There’s a minimum one-month stay, and we only require one week’s notice to vacate — giving your business flexibility as needs change.

After the initial month if you vacate part way through a month you will be refunded any over payment made. Our preferred payment method is bank transfer/standing order.

How Easy Is It to Access My Tools, Stock or Equipment?

Access is designed for convenience. Your preferred phone numbers are registered to our automated gate system, allowing quick entry when you need to collect or store items. Simply call the gate on the number we provide at sign up and the system will recognise your number and the gates will automatically open.

What Access Do I Get to My Unit?

You can access your unit 7 days a week, making it easy to manage stock, tools, or materials around your working schedule. Each unit is secured with your own lock and key, so you remain in full control.

How Secure Is the Site for Business Use?

We understand the importance of protecting your tools, stock, and equipment. Our site features 24-hour CCTV, regular security patrols, controlled access, and a fully secured perimeter, giving you confidence your business assets are well protected.

Can You Help with Moving Tools, Stock or Equipment into Storage?

While we don’t provide removals directly, we can recommend trusted local providers who can help you move equipment, stock, or materials efficiently.

What Can’t Be Stored in a Commercial Unit?

For safety and compliance reasons, we don’t allow hazardous, flammable, perishable, or illegal items. If you’re unsure whether your items are suitable, our team will be happy to advise before you move in.
