How Does Self Storage Work?

Once you have selected your storage unit we then require you to fill out a storage agreement form and provide two forms of photo ID and proof of address. We then provide you with your lock and key and add you to the gate access system.

Do You Offer A Removal Service or Van Hire?

We do not offer a removal service or van hire. However we have built up good relationships with trusted businesses in both fields and can happily recommend these if required.

Can I Come And View Your Site?

Of course! We encourage and welcome you to come and see our set up and what we offer.

Does Your Price Include Storage Protection?

Yes, we offer various storage protection packages. Please speak to our team for more details.

How Much Does Self Storage Cost And What Are The Payment Terms?

Our 20ft by 8ft units are £150 a month and our 10ft by 8ft units are £115 a month (inc VAT). Payments are made in advance and we require a month deposit (refundable when unit is vacated).

The minimum storage term is one month and a weeks notice is required to vacate. After the initial month if you vacate part way through a month you will be refunded any over payment made. Our preferred payment method is bank transfer/standing order.

How do I gain access?

When you have signed your storage agreement, we will add your preferred phone numbers onto our electric gate system.

Then, when you wish to access our site you simply phone the gate and the system will recognise the number and the gates will open automatically. We will give you the gate phone number when you sign up.

Are Your Units Suitable For Furniture?

Yes, our units are suitable for household furniture. We recommend the use of covers and blankets and ensure no item goes into the unit wet. Our units are treated with Grafotherm® anti condensation paint to offer a clean dry and secure space for your belongings.
